I thought iggys weren't allowed to have tomatoes?

If you read the chart that was posted it is listed. It's not an everyday food by any means but I've had Eki it'll be 4 years this aug and he's had tomato maybe 5x's.. So it's not something he's given on a regular basis. Just like humans, somethings in moderation are okay.
He loves the acidic taste. Some iggy's don't.

Yes...this is personal experience... ;D. Igs aren't really allowed to have tomatoes. The acids are pretty high and cause a lot of stomach issues...such as ulcers...or simply an upset belly. I've never fed tomatoes and really don't plan to.

So, I took my iggy to the vet today. So far things are good. He said everything is fine and hes one of the healthiest hes seen in awhile. I asked him about the sex and if he had to guess now by the features he said hed have to say female. so we will see. he finally got his nails clipped today aswell, my hands kinda all scratched up. Hes eating more I'd say too now that im switching things up a little more. ;D

Its more that they are trying to find a way out of the cage. This behavior is more prevalent in cages that are too small, though my Zok will ocassionally do it even in her big cage.

Eki use to dig. He's an escape artist and ahs escaped a few times due to our lack of a sturdy lock. But since we fixed that he ceased his digging.
