I change my list almost every other day. I like to give Sancho fresh stuff cause for some reason, anything I prepare ahead of time gets all ucky and soggy. And to me, if I wouldn't eat it, he shouldn't have to. I like to have 3-4 different things per meal switching a couple of the veggies out for different ones at mid week or so or depending on whats in house. lol

I swap out different things, too...even with the volume and number of items I use. They really like it when I add something colorful to the mix. My favorite time of year is when I can add the daylily petals and dandelion flowers. Actually...springtime when I have the right flowers growing...:-D. The roses are the last to bloom right now...so I'm limited to adding those to the meal...:-(

Not, too bad for a quick diet, yungiar. Instead of the sweet potato (pretty high in phosphorous)...add parsnips for a healthier addition since your variety of items is limited...:-). Sweet potato will throw the whole Ca: P ratio off when you have only a few items to begin with.
